Mike is a responsive host. His place is close enough to Moab and relatively easy to find. The house is fairly spacious with kitchen and living room on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. The only downside is the air-conditioning only seems to work downstairs but not for bedrooms. But the temperature wasn't too bad after we turned on the ceiling fans and kept the bedroom doors opened. We enjoyed our stay overall.

We loved this place! Super cozy, big, and loved the revolving spice rack and the grill for cooking! Not to mention all the themed decorations 🌵 the pool and tennis court were also soo much fun.

Mike was an amazing host. He accommodated us very last minute after we had a nightmare at a previous Airbnb we were to stay at. His house was extremely clean, cozy and comfortable. All amenities were appreciated and utilized, including a pool and bathtub! We enjoyed it so much we added on another night. I would absolutely recommend staying at Mike’s place if you are in the Moab area – it is close to everything but private, peaceful and way better scenery than in town!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Very clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was also well stocked! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a cozy, clean place to stay while visiting Moab!

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to the arches, Canyonlands and white water rafting! It was a great experience all around!

I had a 2 part trip, man trip first with my buddies for a mountain bike exploration of Moab, then back half with my family for hiking and relaxing. We loved cooking at the condo with pancakes on the flat top cast iron on the gas stove, and the bbq out back left for great views and great food. Everything we needed was here which was great!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Since we were spending 5 nights in Moab to do a bunch of hiking it was important for a place to have the amenities of a home to cook meals and relax after a long day. Rockopelli hit all of the marks. The place was carefully decorated to make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast or dinner. Little travel size bathroom toiletries, extra garbage bags and laundry detergent were organized so it was easy to find. There wasn't anything that the host didn't think of to make our stay more comfortable.

This is the perfect location to stay while visiting the Arches Nat’l Park, Corona Arch & the petroglyphs on Potash Rd, Canyonlands Nat’l Park & Dead Horse Point State Park. The hot tub and pools were very relaxing after a long day of hiking. The private front & back patios were both enjoyable to read, have dinner or sun bathe & keep our little dog safely with us. The grassy area in back was perfect in the early morning & in the evening to play ball with him & walk him. We felt very safe walking around the large complex & highly recommend staying here. The King bed/pillows were very comfortable & having the washer/dryer upstairs handy. Thank you for sharing your home! We will definitely stay here whenever back in the area to enjoy the Arches!

A nice condo, very near to everything in Moab. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and a well-stocked pantry of spices and other essentials. The host Mike was very responsive to my questions / communications, everything went smoothly.

Great stay in Moab. Just a little south of town, easy to get to Arches, still. Felt right at home!

The house was perfect for 4 adults. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We woke up rested and ready to explore each morning. The kitchen pantry was full of cooking essentials. I made waffles one morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I will be rebooking for a longer stay in the future. This place is fully stocked with everything that is needed. The decorations and designs were beautiful. The place was clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay at Mike's place! The kids loved the pool and the basketball court, we were out there almost every day after hiking and exploring. Very peaceful and quiet area with awesome views. A/C worked well and the beds were comfortable. We like to cook, and the kitchen was very well stocked with good cookware and seasonings. Good dog area just outside the back patio area with dog bags for picking up after the. The place is about a 10 minute drive to get into downtown Moab. Definitely recommend staying here!
