4. Reservation-Related SMS Text Messages

When you provide a mobile telephone number in connection with an inquiry or reservation and agree to receive text messages, Slickrock Stay may send transactional SMS messages related to that inquiry, booking, or stay. These messages may include booking confirmations, payment or cancellation updates, arrival and check-in instructions, access information, reminders, property notices, responses to guest questions, and check-out information.

Message frequency varies according to your reservation and communications with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a stay. We do not use reservation-related SMS consent to enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • Help: Reply HELP, call (801) 815-1811, or use our Contact Us page.
  • Resume: If supported, reply START after a prior opt-out or contact us to request that reservation-related texts resume.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel a reservation. After an opt-out, we may use email or telephone calls when reasonably necessary to administer an existing reservation or respond to your request.

5. Mobile Information and Non-Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
